Jason M. Murray Elected Vice President of Dade County Bar Association

MIAMI – Murray Law, P.A. is pleased to announce that the firm's President and CEO, Jason M. Murray, was elected Vice President of the Dade County Bar Association on May 6, 2013. Murray's election as Vice President follows the completion of his service as the Dade County Bar Association's Secretary.

The Dade County Bar Association is the largest voluntary bar association in Florida with approximately 4,500 members. The association was founded in the early 1900's and incorporated as a non-profit organization in 1920. In addition to services provided for members, the Dade County Bar Association provides services that benefit the general public.

Murray practices in the area of franchise and distribution law and provides counsel and assistance with creating, managing, licensing, protecting and enforcing franchised business relationships, product distribution systems and dealership networks. His franchise and distribution law practice specifically relates to licensing and development, regulation and compliance, and dispute resolution through mediation, arbitration and litigation. Murray's litigation experience consists of general commercial litigation in state and federal courts, including franchise and distribution law, intellectual property, and real property matters.

Jason Murray received his B.A. from Duke University in 1988 and his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1991.
