MIAMI – We are pleased to announce that Jason M. Murray, following his induction into the prestigious Legal Eagles Hall of Fame in 2020, has been selected for an 11th consecutive year as a “Legal Eagle” by Franchise Times® magazine.
Only a select group of franchise attorneys in the United States and Canada are fortunate enough to be listed as Legal Eagles, with 237 selected for the honor in 2021. Honorees must be nominated by peers or clients and then selected by the Franchise Times® editorial panel. Selection criteria include knowledge, abilities, thoroughness and “going the extra mile for clients.” The Franchise Times® Legal Eagles List honors lawyers that have a comprehensive knowledge of franchising and “understand the nuances of this unique business model at a deep level.” Legal Eagles are recognized as the best lawyers in franchising.
Murray practices in the area of franchise and distribution law and provides counsel and assistance with creating, managing, licensing, protecting and enforcing franchised business relationships, product distribution systems and dealership networks.
