Murray Law provides a range of legal services to religious organizations, faith-based non-profit entities, churches, church ministries, church executives and clergy. The firm provides counsel regarding church formation, preparation and revision of church constitutions and by-laws, governance issues and laws related to clergy, ministers and pastors. For some clients, Murray Law acts as outside general counsel and addresses the full range of legal issues confronting clients in the course of furthering their non-profit missions.
Murray Law also assists with dispute resolution related to real property, copyright and trademark disputes, and the treatment or discipline of members. Additionally, the firm assists with dispute resolution related to church business transactions.
